Gustavo Colón is a 2D animator, rigger and puppet fabricator. He is currently earning his Master of Fine Arts in animation from the University of Central Florida.

His expertise includes 2D animation and advanced rigging, with experience freelancing for MIA Animation LLC, where he contributed to animated light shows for the city of Miami. He also completed a two-semester apprenticeship at Viacom’s Nickelodeon, working on A Balanced Breakfast, a 2D animated project that aired on Latin America Nickelodeon and North America Nick Jr. from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, he served as an Academic Tutor for Animation and Game Development at M.A.G.I.C. Miami Dade College from 2021 to 2022.
